Nutrition is an ever evolving science which presents us with relevant and also confusing facts at times. It is my job to educate you to sift through the misinformation surrounding us. Making behaviour changes are the key to sustaining weight loss and vitality of the body. The impetus is also given to Exercise, Stress-free mind, and Proper sleep cycle.

Digestive disorders:  

The incidence of stomach problems have grown exponentially in recent times. Unknown names like Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), GERD, Inflammatory Bowel Disorder (IBD) are lurking around us. An elimination diet identifying the trouble causing foods and correcting the body clock will help to alleviate the problems.

Auto-immune disorders:

Fibromyalgia, Arthritis, Multiple Sclerosis and other auto immune diseases can be controlled by following an anti-inflammatory diet. Many of my clients have shown significant improvements with a clean diet.
